And today's photo I'm using for research is Crown Street 1964, showing how much has changed, the Cathedral in tha background and the goods yard as the last remnant of the Liverpool terminus of the Liverpool-Manchester railway, just outside the city boundaries of Corporation land (where it had to end by law).

It's been a while since I've posted I know and I've been working on various different things, but currently writing a story. Not sure what it might turn into but as part of it is set in Liverpool's past I thought I might include a few photos I'm using for reference for your delectation. This one is Hope Street 1965 (according to the caption and the status of the Catholic Cathedral looks about right for that). I'll post a few more photos I'm using over coming weeks as they may be of interest.
